Q: How Do I Book a Private Session?
Q: Do you offer Private Group Sessions?

Q: Can I book you for an event?
Q: How does virtual sessions work?
A: Virtual sessions are held through Zoom, you will get a Zoom link for each session you book and I vocally assist you through the session, don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have about the flow during the session
Q: Why do I have to fill out the questionnaire?
A: Helps me to get background on who I will be teaching, along with creating a safety net for you and I. I'll have a better understanding of who you are as a student and how to better tailor your sessions specifically to you
Q: Why do I have to fill out a liability waiver?
A: Simple, protection. Things happen and its better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.
Q: Do i get my deposit back upon cancelling my session
A: No refunds on deposits, only one reschedule available. then you will have to re-book your session and pay another deposit.
Q: What all do I need at home for a virtual session?
A: The only thing you really need is a yoga mat. Preferably you should also have yoga props if you have any ( yoga blocks, yoga straps, anything else you would like to have) to assist you in your practice and the props help to meet you where you are
