Changed Habits

Before the new year a lot of people made resolutions or some variant of that to try and “start fresh” or make self changes for the new year. Maybe some old habits that you don’t really like and want to change. 

Studies show that it takes a minimum of 21 days to break an old habit and on average 66 days to form a new one. So if you’re that someone who’s wondering why you’re still doing the same things from before, it’s because our minds are so used to “ the norm.” But it’s up to you to keep working at whatever you’re trying to change.

A lot of times it’s difficult to just up and change something about our lives or ourselves so sometimes we might say “forget it” and just fall back into old ways.
