New Years Eve


This is the time where we try to make our New years resolution. The time where we try to change old habits to make the new year a better one.


Make today a day of reflection. What have you accomplished throughout the year. Write down what you think of. Don’t leave out the small things because they count to. 


Now write down the things that you would like to change. Don’t leave out anything here either. Put both of these things in a jar. Put those things that you’d like to change into words, affirmations. I will, I have or I am.  For example. Bettering my yoga practice and my attitude is a part of the things I’d like to change. So for my affirmations  I will progress in my yoga practice. I am going to have a more positive outlook on life. Periodically take a look at your jar every couple of months and see how your doing and make sure you make an effort to accomplish more than you did the year befor
