Start that journal, make that list, begin that hobby, do that meal prep.

These are all things in the past that I told myself that I was going to do but never started them. I’ve struggled so bad with procrastination over the years that I’ve found myself doing something literally minutes before I was suppose to get something done or not at all. Am I the only one who used to shop for gifts the day of someones birthday ? Or Christmas? I always told myself that I would get better. It took until 2018 till I finally saw progress. 

When you set goals for yourself rather that be mental note goals or physically writing them down, it’s up to you to actually do them.
